Did you know that A full-time, experienced PA generates somewhere in the range of $500,000 to over $1 million in collections per year?

Time to stop guessing what you bring to the table

Personalized PA Career coaching with Karen

You went to PA school to practice medicine. Nobody taught you how to act like a revenue producing Asset.

1:1 coaching for PAs who are done overworking and underearning.

Contracts, salary, benefits, and the money side of your career, with someone who has actually sat on your side of the table.

WHO THIS IS FOR

✔PAs who want to understand their comp structure well enough to never be at a disadvantage again.

✔Experienced PAs who suspect they have been underpaid for years and want to fix it.

✔PAs facing a contract, a renewal, or a job change in the next few months.

✔PAs who want the financial footing to scale back, take a sabbatical, pause their career without financial strain

✔PAs who want to implement, optimize and automate their finances with a proven plan to hit every milestone towards financial freedom.

✔New grads who want to negotiate their first offer instead of just accepting it

WHO THIS IS NOT FOR

Anyone looking for legal representation (I review contracts as an experienced PA peer, not as a lawyer)

Anyone who wants a magic script and zero effort

Anyone not willing to put in [1 to 3] hours a week to actually do the work

The fit matters. I take a limited number of clients at a time, and I would rather turn you away than take your money for something that is not right for you.

A negotiation game plan and the exact words to use, so you are not improvising in the moment. Email negotiation templates to deploy.

Comp structure breakdown: base, RVU and productivity bonuses, call pay, signing bonus, CME, the parts most PAs never learn to interpret.

WHAT CHANGES

You know how much revenue you produce for your practice.

You start taking part in the success of the practice and act more like a valuable and proactive asset than just an employee.

You walk into the negotiation with a number you can defend and the words to say it.

You stop guessing whether you are underpaid, because you will know exactly where you stand based on how we quantify your contributions to the practice.

You fully understand your comp structure,  read your next contract and actually understand it.

You become one of the very few PAs who understand PA-specific billing, revenue and act accordingly.

The salary you fight for stops disappearing and starts building something.

You have a wealth building plan set in motion and financial freedom on the horizon.

About Karen

I am a board certified PA who owned her own multi-specialty first assisting practice with an emphasis in cardiothoracic surgery.

I have negotiated my own contracts as well as hospital and insurance contracts for my business, modeled PA compensation down to the line item, and built the tools I wished existed when I was figuring this out alone.

I am not an accountant or medical biller who has never set foot in an OR or care about the PA specific side of things.

I am a PA who got obsessed with the business side of this career, and I coach other PAs through the exact things no one explained to us.

THE INVESTMENT

PAs routinely leave five figures a year on the table by not negotiating as an asset. If this coaching helps you add even $5,000 to your base, that is $5,000 every year you hold the job. It raises the floor for every future raise, since those are calculated off your base, and it lifts your retirement contributions along with it. One negotiation compounds for the rest of your career.

Against that, the price below is a rounding error.

 $2,800

For 1-1 coaching sessions. This means 2 months of weekly sessions with me unlocks my most advanced PA salary negotiation strategies as well as overhauling your personal finances right by your side.

FAQ

Is the contract review legal advice? No. I review contracts as an experienced PA who knows what these agreements actually mean for your work, your pay,  your schedule and your future options. For legal questions, you should consult a licensed healthcare employment attorney. What I give you is the clinical-career insider read that most lawyers cannot.

Is this financial advice? No. I review your personal finances as a PA + personal finance nerd and help you implement proven foundational financial strategies with a PA lens. For financial advice please consult a licensed accountant or fee only fiduciary,.

I am a new grad with no leverage. Is this for me? Especially you. The first contract sets the base that everything else is calculated from for years. Getting it right once is the highest-leverage money move in your early career.

I have been a PA for 20 years. Is it too late? No. Renewals, raises, and job changes are all negotiation moments, and what I've found is that many experienced PAs  spend their careers negotiating their salaries as employees with no knowledge of the revenue they produce.

What if I do not have a contract in front of me right now? Then we work on salary, comp strategy, or your financial setup, so you are ready and dangerous the moment an offer or renewal lands.

Can you guarantee I will get a raise? No one honest can guarantee an outcome that depends on you, your employer, your market and your location.  What I can do is make sure you walk in prepared, informed, and asking for the right number in the right way. That alone changes outcomes.

How much time does this take? Plan on 1 to 3 hours a week, including our sessions and the work between them.

Can I spread out the sessions?  Sessions are once per week and must be used within 2 months of the starting day.  My program  was designed  for people who are ready to implement changes every week and hit milestones quickly and efficiently. It requires grit and a  high level of commitment to consistency  and producing the results you asked for. It takes a particular type of person and this is why the screening process is rigorous.

Can I get a refund? No. I pour all of me into working with you and helping you get to your goals, I  expect the same on your end.  I understand that extraordinary things happen in life ,  and unique situations will be considered on a case by case basis at my discretion.

You can keep wondering if you are leaving money on the table. You can hope that your finances are secure.

Or you can find out, fix it, and never negotiate from a position of not knowing again.
